Workshops aim to improve mental well-being

Mental health charity Penumbra is offering a series of workshops in Forfar during March, concentrating on different aspects of well-being.

The weekly sessions will offer an opportunity for people in the local community to explore ideas and practical steps that can be taken to improve their mental welfare.

The workshops will be facilitated by experienced peer workers in an informal and safe environment and will explore the following topics:

  • Wednesday, March 6 – Anxiety;
  • Wednesday, March 13 – Identity Matters;
  • Wednesday, March 20 – Relaxation & Sleep;
  • Wednesday, March 27 – Body Positivity.
